- The hirer
is held responsible
for the cottage
and is expected
to take reasonable
care of it.
The cottage
is thoroughly
cleaned prior
to the hirer’s
arrival and
should be left
clean and tidy
at the end of
the hire period.
- Bookings
will be confirmed
on receipt of
a 25% deposit.
However, bookings
made within
six weeks of
the commencement
date must be
paid for in
full.

Accommodation
will be
available at
3pm on the
arrival
Saturday and
should be
vacated by
10am prompt
on the
departure
Saturday.
- Provisional
bookings are
held for seven
days.
If not confirmed
in writing within
that time the
accommodation
will be re-let.
- The balance
of hire is due
six weeks before
your holiday
begins. The
owners reserve
the right to
cancel a holiday
where full payment
has not been
received six
weeks before
the commencement
date and to
retain the deposit
if re-letting
is not possible.
- Cancellation.
Should be notified
in writing to
the owners by
first class
post. In the
event of a hirer
cancelling a
holiday less
than six weeks
prior to the
commencement
date, the hirer
will be liable
for the full
amount unless
the holiday
is re-let. The
hirer is advised
to take out
their own holiday
cancellation
insurance.
- A travel
cot & highchair
is available
by prior arrangement
and is free
of charge. Cot
linen is not
provided.
- Cars and
personal belongings
are at the owners
risk at all
times. No responsibility
can be accepted
for their loss
or damage.
- Visitors
staying more
than one week
will be offered
fresh linen
each week.
- Towels
are not
included
- If for reasons
beyond our control
(e.g. fire damage)
the property
is unavailable
for a booking,
all advanced
payments will
be refunded
in full and
the hirer shall
have no further
claim against
the owners.
- Dogs, regrettably,
are not permitted
- we like them,
unfortunately,
the animals
don't. [Guide
dogs are excepted].
