  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. However, bookings made within six weeks of the commencement date must be paid for in full.
  • Accommodation will be available at 3pm on the arrival Saturday and should be vacated by 10am prompt on the departure Saturday.
  • Provisional bookings are held for seven days.  If not confirmed in writing within that time the accommodation will be re-let.
  • The balance of hire is due six weeks before your holiday begins. The owners reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received six weeks before the commencement date and to retain the deposit if re-letting is not possible.
  • Cancellation. Should be notified in writing to the owners by first class post. In the event of a hirer cancelling a holiday less than six weeks prior to the commencement date, the hirer will be liable for the full amount unless the holiday is re-let. The hirer is advised to take out their own holiday cancellation insurance.
  • A travel cot & highchair is available by prior arrangement and is free of charge. Cot linen is not provided.
  • Cars and personal belongings are at the owners risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for their loss or damage.
  • Visitors staying more than one week will be offered fresh linen each week.
  • Towels are not included
  • If for reasons beyond our control (e.g. fire damage) the property is unavailable for a booking, all advanced payments will be refunded in full and the hirer shall have no further claim against the owners.
