The farm sits at the head of a valley with beautiful views through rolling countryside to Wanson Mouth on the Atlantic Ocean, which is approximately one mile away. The quiet country lane giving access to theGoosey, Goosey, Gander. farm also leads on down to the hamlet of Poundstock with the fine 14th Century St.Winwaloe parish church and it's associated Gildhouse. In 1357 William Penfound was hacked to death before the altar and it is said that his ghost may still be seen. The Gildhouse is the only example of a church house in Cornwall to remain in continuous use through 500 years.
