We are a genuine working farm
with a single holiday letting
- you will be our only guests;
consequently uninterrupted peace
is guaranteed. The farm is situated
one mile down a very quiet lane
off of the Atlantic Highway
[A39] seven miles South of Bude.
The accommodation, comprising
of one half of the farmhouse,
sleeps up to six adults (with
a cot and highchair available
for babies).
The front door opens onto a
Victorian parquet tiled hallway
leading directly to the sun/dining
room looking out over the farm
yard, with access to the back
garden. A further door in the
hall leads to the ground floor
still with it's original oak
beams throughout. Here you will
find the living room, kitchen
and two bedrooms [one single
and one with bunk beds sleeping
two]. Also in the hall,
stairs give access to the upper
floor with one double and one
single bedroom, and the shower-room
with wash hand-basin and WC
facilities.

The lounge is comfortably furnished
with two pretty settees and
there is a dining table seating
six. It's most attractive feature
is the Inglenook fireplace with
it's original clone [bread]
oven and wood-burning stove
[first basket of logs is provided
free]. Through the lounge is
a fully equipped modern kitchen
with all normal facilities,
including a washing machine.
Off the lounge a door gives
access to the single bedroom
with views across farmland to
the Atlantic Ocean and St.Winwaloe
church. Two steps also lead
down to the double bunk bed-room
with similar views. You will
hear the chickens, which range
freely in the field outside,
clucking from both rooms.
